Admission documents

Documents required for applying at the FSPAC:

  • Birth certificate (copy);
  • High-school diploma (in original) – recognized by the Romanian Ministry of Education and Scientific Research – please contact Mrs. Corina TODEA (corina.todea@ubbcluj.ro), from the Centre for International Cooperation, for further details;
  • Bachelor diploma or equivalent (in original);
  • Linguistic competence certificate with a minimum of 15 points (released by Alpha or Lingua Centers) or an internationally recognized certificate – only for the programs in Romanian, Hungarian, German;
  • Two passport-type photos;
  • Application form (will be filled in when applying);
  • Medical certificate, issued by the family physician, with the mention ”clinically healthy”;
  • Identity card (copy);
  • Other documents requested, depending on the program (CV, letter of intent/motivation);
  • Receipt attesting the payment of the admission fee (it can also be paid at FSPAC during the admissions);
  • Envelope file.

Documents required for applying at the FSPAC:

  • Application form in 2 copies;
  • Personal record with candidate’s contact data (correspondence address, phone number, e-mail address) and 2 recent photos + Accommodation form (optional) within the UBB dormitories;
  • High-school graduation diploma or its equivalent – certified copy in the original language and certified translation, at notary public (in Romanian, German, English or French, if the original is not issued in one of these languages);
  • BA diploma or its equivalent – certified copy in the original language and certified translation, at notary public (in Romanian, German, English or French, if the original is not issued in one of these languages);
  • Transcripts of records pertaining to the studies – certified copy or certified translation at notary public (in Romanian, German, English or French, if the original is not issued in one of these languages);
  • Birth certificate – certified copy or certified translation at notary public (in Romanian, German, English or French, if the original is not issued in one of these languages);
  • Passport copy – valid for at least 6 months after the date of issue for the Acceptance Letter;
  • Medical certificate (in Romanian, German, English or French) attesting that the applicant does not suffer from any contagious diseases or any other impairments incompatible with the future profession;
  • Certificate of linguistic competence. Exempted are the candidates coming from states whose official language is the study language of the specialization they have applied for.
  • Receipt attesting the payment of the processing fee (50 EUR – In EUR – account: RO 16 RNCB 0106026604700008, opened at Banca Comercială Română, branch Cluj-Napoca, str. George Bariţiu nr. 10-12, RO-400027 Cluj-Napoca, România, SWIFT CODE: RNCBROBU).
